1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocialEarn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the App through Telegram.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

3. Account Registration

Your account is created using your Telegram identity. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Earning & Tasks

Users can earn money by completing social media tasks assigned through the App. Earnings are credited to your wallet after admin review and approval of submitted proof. We reserve the right to reject any submission that does not meet requirements or shows signs of fraud.

5. Account Activation

To unlock full features including withdrawals, users must activate their account by paying the activation fee. Activation is a one-time process. Please refer to the Activation Policy for complete details.

6. Referral Program

Users may earn referral bonuses when a referred user activates their account. We reserve the right to reverse referral bonuses if fraud, self-referral, or manipulation is detected.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum balance requirement. Users must have a verified wallet address and an activated account. Withdrawal requests are processed manually and may take 1–5 business days.

8. Prohibited Activities

  • Submit fake, edited, or manipulated screenshots as proof
  • Create multiple accounts for referral abuse
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks
  • Engage in any activity that defrauds the platform or other users
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

SocialEarn is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you use SocialEarn, we collect:

  • Telegram User ID, username, first name, and last name
  • Profile photo (if publicly available)
  • Social media profile URLs you voluntarily submit
  • Task submission screenshots you upload
  • Wallet/payment addresses you provide for withdrawals

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Create and manage your account
  • Process task submissions and earnings
  • Verify your identity for withdrawals
  • Send notifications via Telegram bot
  • Detect and prevent fraud

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Screenshots & Uploads

Screenshots you upload are only viewed by admin for verification. We do not share your uploaded content with any third party.

5. Telegram Data

We access your Telegram data only through the official Telegram WebApp API. We comply with Telegram's terms of service.

6. Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to maintain your login state. These expire when you close the session.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your account data. Contact our support team to request data deletion.

8. Security

We implement HTTPS encryption, secure session management, and input validation to protect your data.

Refund Policy

STRICT NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made on SocialEarn are final and non-refundable under any condition whatsoever.

1. No Refund Under Any Condition

SocialEarn maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made, no refund will be issued, including but not limited to:

  • ❌ Change of mind after payment
  • ❌ Account suspension due to policy violation
  • ❌ Dissatisfaction with the platform
  • ❌ Technical issues on your device
  • ❌ Accidental or duplicate payments
  • ❌ Non-completion of tasks or low earnings
  • ❌ Platform downtime or maintenance
  • ❌ Account deletion or self-requested closure

2. Crypto Payments are Irreversible

All payments are made in cryptocurrency (USDT, TON, BTC). Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Ensure you send to the correct address before confirming.

3. Fraud & Chargeback

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute will be treated as fraud and result in immediate permanent account suspension.

Activation Policy

Account Activation is Required

to unlock withdrawals and full platform features

1. What is Activation?

Account Activation is a one-time fee required to unlock the full features of SocialEarn, including the ability to withdraw your earnings.

2. Activation Fee

The activation fee is a one-time payment as displayed on the activation screen in the App. The fee is subject to change, but existing activated users are not affected.

3. How to Activate

  • Go to Profile → Activate Account in the App
  • Send the activation fee to the provided crypto wallet address (USDT TRC-20, TON, or BTC)
  • Submit your transaction hash/screenshot as proof
  • Admin will verify and activate your account within 1–24 hours

4. Benefits of Activation

  • ✅ Ability to withdraw earnings to your wallet
  • ✅ Access to all available tasks
  • ✅ Referral bonus eligibility
  • ✅ Higher task limits
  • ✅ Priority support

5. No Refund on Activation

The activation fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
